Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" says officer was drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, November 27, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on imposing an administrative sanction under a proceeding on an administrative violation of November 24, 2014 an officer (Director Operations) was drawn to administrative responsibility in accordance with part 5 of article 168-2 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, and it was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty for administrative violation".
