Stock market capitalization for PIS of Kazakhstan as of May 12 - $1,680.8 mln

/IRBIS, May 12, 00/ - On May 12 stock market capitalization for corporate securities of Kazakhstan (A+B+N excluding SBS) equaled 1,680.8 mln U.S. dollars. Capitalization increased by $59.1 mln during the week. The change was caused by a growth in market value of following securities traded during the week: - preferred shares of OJSC "Mangistaumunaigas" - by 62.2%; - preferred shares of OJSC "Kazakhtelecom" - 2.5 times; - common shares of OJSC "SHNOS" - by 55.2%. Now 60 instruments of 41 companies and 4 government block of shares can be traded on the floor of KASE.
