Shares of JSC Kaztsink (Kazakhstan) on KASE Not Listing platform since April 20

/IRBIS, April 19, 00/ - Based on the application of the trade member of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in the sector "Not Listing Securities" at the second level of admission since April 20, 2000 are entered common registered stocks of JSC Kaztsink (Ust'-Kamenogorsk, trade code - KZZN). The shares of the second issue (KZ1C23422016) are introduced on the trades removed. The announced authorized capital of JSC Kaztsink makes 20,643,659,000.00 tenges and is paid completely. In total 20,643,659 common registered stocks to the nominal sum of 1,000.00 tenges were issued. The main kinds of the company's activity are: lead and zinc metals production. The first issue of JSC Kaztsink shares was registered on April 25, 1997. Due to the resulting report was not authorized, August 04, 1998 the issue was canceled on the basis of article 102 of the Law of Kazakhstan "About joint- stock companies".
