independent oil and gas exploration and production company, with assets in
North-East Kazakhstan, notifies you of conducting a general meeting of
shareholders on September 19, 2014 and sends this notice to its shareholders.
In addition to notice of July 28, 2014, with regard to signing the contract with
OGCC KazStroyServise for construction of UKGPZ of the Group, worth $150 mln
("Construction Contract"), the Company's Board of Directors notifies you that
the General Meeting ("GM") of the Company will take place at Gustav Mahlerplein
23B, 1082 Amsterdam, Holland on September 19, 2014 at 10:00 (British summer
time)/ 11:00 Central European Time. Today the Company will send to its
shareholders an announcement, which contains additional information on the
Construction Contract and GM notice.
