KASE imposed administrative sanction in form of warning for untimely provision of financial statements

/KASE, August 15, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) notifies you that by resolution No. 1627 of Almaty statistics department dated August 12, 2014 the Exchange was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a warning. The mentioned sanction was imposed for the violation provided for in article 381 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code "On Administrative Violations" for untimely provision by the Exchange of government statistical reports according to form 1-T for July 2014. By now the said violation has been removed, since the report was provided on the beginning of the day, following the required report provision date. [2014-08-15]
