/KASE, August 13, 14/ – Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated August 5, 2014 according to which, the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official
list, Rated Debt Securities, AZHKb1; KZT1,000, KZT10,830.0 mln; December 27,
2012 – December 27, 2017, semi-annual coupon 8.50 % p.a., 30/360) of Alatau
Zharyk Company JSC for the period from January 10 to July 9, 2014.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of June 27, 2014 19,048 bonds remained unplaced.
