Pavlodar Refinery will increase in March petroleum refining by 20% to 133,000 tons

/IRBIS, March 23, 00/ - According to PRAIM-TASS, Pavlodar oil Refinery /PNPZ/ will receive in March 2000 not less than 93,000 tons of oil from the Mangistaumunaigaz and 40,000 tons from Kumkol deposit in comparison with 113,000 tons received by a factory in January, and 111,000 tons in February. The deputy director of the Closed JSC REFINERY - CCL Vitaly Kolomeets has notified PRAIM-TASS on Wednesday about it. As he said, it was stipulated by the decision of the Government concerning oil export limitation in 2000 by 22 million tons. As he considers by the beginning of sowing campaign the Refinery will accumulate not less than 100,000 tons of diesel fuel at that the price will make 160-170 dollars per ton, for the small-sized amounts - no more than 180 dollars per ton. Last year the diesel fuel prices reached 200-220 dollars per ton. In 2000, by the PRIME TASS data, the Pavlodar Refinery will be provided with 3,680 million tons of oil. The Refinery's capacity makes 7,5 million tons of crude per year. In March 1997 the factory is transferred to the 5 years concession to of the CCL Oil Refinery Company.
