/IRBIS, March 9, 00/ - Sergei Kan, the PNPZ-CCL deputy director informs REUTERS, Pavlodar oil refinery (PNPZ-CCL) has received 112,000 tons of oil from JSC Mangistaumunaigas. It is already third oil delivery according to the quota, determined by the Government. In December 1999 and in January 2000 refinery has received oil in same volumes (113,000 tons per month). As Sergei Kan said, the factory works stable already third month due to the guaranteed oil deliveries. The Ministry of power, industry and trade has determined volume of refinery loading in 2000. It should make more than 2.5 million tons of oil. In addition the managing company has concluded the contracts on extra supplies. "We has made the contracts on 500,000 tons with Aktobemunaigas and on 400,000 tons with Kumkol-Lukoil and Hurricane", - the deputy director has told. As he said, oil from Kumkol deposit is more attractive to the factory, because it is similar with Russian, on which the factory's technology is adjusted. The experts speak that the first tests on Kumkol oil processing were successfully. With allowance for additional deliveries the monthly factory's loading should make about 200,000 tons a month. As Kan said, the diesel fuel price has fallen to $160 from $190 per ton, the factory's wholesale price of petrol AI-80 has fallen to 24 tenge a litre from 37 tenge, but on refueling stations the price remains about 36 tenge for litre. In March, 1996 the factory was transferred to the USA Company CCL OIL five years concession.
