Second meeting of KASE Discussion Club took place on June 9

/KASE, June 12, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) says that on June 9, 2014 at 14:00 o'clock in KASE conference hall a second meeting of the Discussion Club took place on the subject "New lines of KASE development: opinion of Kazakhstan Stock Market". Organizers of the meeting were KASE, International Finance Corporation (IFC), legal firm "Sayat Zholshy and Partners" and "Governance & Management Consulting" LLP. During the discussion such actual subjects were discussed as factors impeding inflow of issuers and investors to Kazakhstan stock market, role of banks on Kazakhstan securities market, issues of regulation of the stock market. Participants of the Discussion club have expressed proposals regarding new lines of KASE development. The Discussion Club meeting was attended by representatives of banks, listed companies, brokerage firms and insurance companies. The event program included a master class on the subject "New possibilities of information technologies in company management", conducted by a representative of Russian company "Dashboard systems". The next meeting of the Discussion Club is supposed to be conducted in August 2014.
