/KASE, June 9, 14/ – SAT & Company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the general meeting of holders of bonds KZP01Y07E281 (KZ2C00001832, KASE official list, first sub-category of Rated Debt Securities category, SATCb2; KZT100, KZT6.0 bn; August 3, 2012 – August 3, 2019, semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) scheduled for June 10, 2014 was moved to June 17, 2014 at 12:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is making changes in the mentioned bond issue prospectus. The said meeting will take place at 241 Mukanov str., conference-hall, Almaty. The list of bondholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of June 10, 2014.
