/KASE, May 16, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – KASE or Exchange)
notifies you that on May 12, 2014 the National bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) registered changes and addition No. 9 (amendments)
in KASE shares issue prospectus.
The said amendments were made due to changes in the Exchange Board of Directors
composition based on:
- decision of the special general meeting of KASE shareholders (minutes No. 24
of April 18, 2014);
- order No. 66 of the Chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank
of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Introducing Change No. 232 in the Order of
the Chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan" dated March 4, 2014.
The revised Exchange shares issue prospectus has been posted on KASE website
in section "About" – "Corporate documents" in Russian at
