developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) at:
http://www.kase.kz/files/mix/scorecard_jsc_list.doc – in Russian, for companies
whose securities are included in KASE official list
http://www.kase.kz/files/mix/scorecard_jsc_unlist.doc – in Russian, for
companies whose securities are admitted to circulation on KASE in sector
"Unlisted securities".
According to the IFC data, the corporate governance assessment map should:
- promote work of analysts and investors by way of systematic and
simple
- review of all appropriate issues of a good corporate governance;
- help companies assess and correct their governance quality;
- encourage comparison of business in particular industries and
countries;
