KASE Discussion Club first meeting was held on April 29

/KASE, May 6, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that on April 29, 2014 in KASE conference hall was held the Discussion Club first meeting. KASE, International Financial Corporation (IFC), Legal Company Sayat Zholshy and Partners and Governance & Management Consulting acted as the meeting organizers. The idea of creation of the Discussion Club has been proposed on March 12, 2014 at KASE conference devoted to Kazakhstan information disclosure standards. The Discussion Club goal is creation of the floor to discuss Kazakhstan stock market key issues. In the event participated representatives of banks, listed companies, auditing, brokerage, appraisal organizations, and Financial Institutions Association of Kazakhstan. At the meeting the participants discussed with KASE representatives the most important problems of Kazakhstan securities market. The next Discussion Club meeting is planned to be held on June 9, 2014. The meeting will be devoted to discussion of proposals on new Kazakhstan Stock Exchange development areas.
