International bonds USN97708AA49, US98951QAA31 (ZHMNe1) of Zhaikmunai excluded from KASE official list due to early redemption

/KASE, April 16, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that as of April 16, 2014 international bonds USN97708AA49, US98951QAA31 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ZHMNe1; $450.0 mln; October 19, 2010 – October 19, 2015, semi-annual coupon 10.50 % p.a.; 30/360) of Zhaikmunai (Oral) were excluded from KASE official list due to their early redemption. Zhaikmunai LLP has by an official letter informed KASE that its international bonds USN97708AA49, US98951QAA31 (ZHMNe1) were early redeemed on April 14, 2014. Central Securities Depository has by an official letter confirmed that the early redemption of the mentioned bonds of Zhaikmunai was registered in its accounting system on April 15, 2014. The mentioned bonds were included in KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category as of February 24, 2011. Trading in them was opened as of March 2, 2011. During the circulation term of the mentioned bonds on KASE their yield to maturity for buyer (on deals concluded by open trade method) varied from 4.00 to 14.16 % p.a. [2014-04-16]
