/KASE, April 10, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of April 9, 2014 Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC (Almaty) based on its application was assigned the status of a market-maker on KASE for international bonds USN64884AA29, US66978CAA09 (NL_NTRMe1, $400.0 mln; February 14, 2014 – February 14, 2019, semi-annual coupon 6.375 % p.a., 30/360) of Nostrum Oil & Gas Finance B.V. (Amsterdam), issued under a guaranty of its sole shareholder Zhaikmunai LLP (Oral). The market-maker is obliged to commence its duties as of the date of opening of trade in the mentioned bonds.
