/KASE, March 27, 14/ – Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" (Almaty, hereinafter –
the company), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered changes made to the issue
prospectus of its shares and certificate of state registration of securities
issue of March 11, 2014 replacing the previous one.
According to the said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NBK) has registered changes in
the company's ordinary shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of the
company's authorized ordinary shares;
- total number of authorized shares of the company makes 230,000 ordinary shares
KZ1C00050019;
- the issue of company shares was entered in the State registry of serial
securities under No. А0005;
- as of January 19, 2007 122,400 ordinary shares of the company were
outstanding; its share capital was formed in the size of KZT300,000,000.
