/KASE, January 28, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on January 17, 2014 the Bank's Board of Directors took a decision to "appoint Frantisek Kalivoda a member of the Bank's Management Board as of January 27, 2014 with a term of office of 3 years".
