/KASE, January 24, 14/ – Zhaikmunai (Uralsk), bonds of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official
letter:

On January 8, 2014, were signed the fifth additional agreement to the issue
agreement on 10.5% bonds with the maturity term before 2015 and the third
additional agreement to the issue agreement on 7.125% bonds with the
maturity term before 2019. Kazakhstan National Bank has been notified on
signing of these additional agreements on January 22, 2014.
