/KASE, January 22, 14/ – Zhaikmunai (Uralsk), bonds of which are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official
letter:

On December 18, 2013, were signed the fourth additional agreement to the
issue agreement on 10.5% bonds with the maturity term before 2015 and the
second additional agreement to the issue agreement on 7.125% bonds with the
maturity term before 2019. These additional agreements have been registered
at Kazakhstan National bank on January 13, 2014.
