/KASE, November 29, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of November 29, 2013 the term of suspension of trade
in bonds KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, KASE official list, second subcategory of
Rated Debt Securities category, ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn; November 1, 2007 –
November 1, 2024, semi-annual coupon 3 %; 30/360) of Almatytemir (Almaty) was
extended.
The trade suspension was carried out until the day following the day of receipt
by the Exchange of changes in the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository (Almaty) of resumption of
offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its registration system.
