/KASE, November 27, 13/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty), bonds of which
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to
KASE the copies of changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds
KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category,
AZHKb1; KZT1,000, KZT10,830.0 mln; December 27, 12 – December 27, 17, 30/360).
The mentioned changes and additions have been registered by the Committee
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on November
15, 2013 and were made due to the change from November 15, 2013 of the
interest rate on these bonds from 7.00 % APR to 8.50 % APR.
