/KASE, November 25, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of November 25, 2013 trade in bonds KZ2C0Y17C783
(KZ2C00001493, KASE official list, second subcategory of Кated Debt Securities
category, ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn; November 1, 2007 – November 1, 2024,
semi-annual coupon 3 %; 30/360) of Almatytemir (Almaty) was suspended.
This decision was take in accordance with item 6 article 18-2 of Kazakhstan's
act "On the securities market".
The trade will be suspended until KASE has received information about publishing
the November 25, 2013 decision of the general meeting of holders of the
mentioned bonds.
Earlier there was a related KASE news of November 8, 2013 "General meeting of
