listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE today by the

TEMA Ko. Notifies that RFCA Rating Agency Committee by its decision # 45
of November 4, 2013 has downgraded the company long-term credit rating
to С1 and affirmed the sort-term rating at NР, and downgraded the debt
liabilities long-term rating to C1 and affirmed the sort-term rating
at NP of the company second bonds issue (NIN KZ2C0Y06D750), Outlook
"Positive".
