/KASE, November 5, 13/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing
Commission decision of October 31, 2013, bonds KZP01Y03E546 (KZ2C00002442;
KZT1,000, KZT7.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR, 30/360) of
Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank (Almaty) were included to
KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category.
This Listing Commission decision became effective from November 5, 2013 as
the issuer fulfilled the terms of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trades in bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
Centras Securities (Almaty) is the bonds holders representative.
Subsidiary Bank Home Credit and Finance Bank financial advisor is Subsidiary
