/KASE, Nov.11, 99/ - JSC Neftebank (Aktau, official list of securities, category "В") according to the listing requests has granted the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange the documents concerning the 7th issue of securities: issue Prospectus and State Registration Certificate. October 15, 1999 the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan canceled the previous 6 issues of Neftebank securities registered and $10.0 7th issue. The issue included 1,000,000 common registered stocks of $10.0 nominal value. To the shares of the 7th issue was given the national identification number KZ1C36500212. The State register number is A3816. The issue was registered according to the decision of annual General Meeting of the Neftebank shareholders, which was held on May 28 of a current year. That meeting decided to direct 93.79 million tenges of the 1998 net income to the increase of the bank's authorized capital (with preservation of each shareholder's share). In this connection it decided to cancel the previous 6 issues and to announce the 7th.
