/KASE, September 13, 13/ – Alatau Zharyk Company (Almaty), bonds of which
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to
KASE a copy of a notice of the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of September 3, 2013.
According to the document, FSC NBK has approved report on placement results
of bonds KZP01Y05E368 (KZ2C00001907, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities
category, AZHKb1; KZT1,000, KZT10,830.0 bn; December 27, 2012 – December 27,
2017, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR, 30/360) of Alatau Zharyk Company.
According to the FSC NBK notice, as of June 27, 2013, 10,810,952 of the
mentioned bonds were outstanding.
