/KASE, May 31, 13/ – TEMA Ko. (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copies of changes
to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KZ2C00001683, KASE official
list Rated Debt Securities category, TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14,
10 – May 14, 13, quarterly coupon 13.00 % APR; 30/360) and these securities
issue government registration certificate of May 22, 2013 that replaces
earlier issued one.
According to the documents:
- the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(FSC NBK) registered changes to the mentioned bonds issue prospectus;
- the certificate was replaced due to the change in mentioned bonds
circulation term;
- the bonds circulation term is extended from three to six years;
- the mentioned bonds issue national identification number was changed from
KZ2P0Y03D754 to KZ2С0Y06D750;
- the interest rate on mentioned bonds from May 14, 2013 was changed from
13.00 % APR to 13.50 % APR;
- the offered bonds can be bought back every six months beginning
November 2013;
- the bonds issue was included to the State Serial Securities Register under
number D75.
