During the Round table modern tendencies in corporate governance will be discussed: global experience and its importance to Kazakhstan, current problems of implementing the best international corporate governance standards in the business processes of local enterprises and specifics of introduction of the corporate social responsibility concept in Kazakhstan's business environment.
