As of April 26, 2013 common shares KZ1C58490018 (KZ1C00000421, TEMA) and preferred shares KZ1P58490213 (KZ1P00000434, TEMAp) of TEMA Ko. (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list following issuer request

/KASE, April 25, 13/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision as of April 26, 2013 common shares KZ1C58490018 (KZ1C00000421, TEMA) and preferred shares KZ1P58490213 (KZ1P00000434, TEMAp) of JSC "TEMA Ko." (Almaty) are removed from KASE official list upon a request from the issuer. In KASE statement of April 19, 2013 it is said that KASE received from JSC "TEMA Ko." the following documents: - application dated March 29, 2013 for deliberate delisting of the said shares; - data on shares and shareholders of JSC "TEMA Ko." according to which as of April 16, 2013 the total number of outstanding shares made up 5,807,874 pieces, of which 96.5 % belonged to three shareholders; preferred shares of JSC "TEMA Ko." were not offered; - a copy of the minutes of the March 20, 2013 special general meeting of JSC "TEMA Ko." shareholders where a unanimous decision on the delisting of the said shares was taken. Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the said shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in the second category of KASE official list as of June 3, 2011; as of October 1, 2012 they were transferred into the third category of KASE official list. Trading in the common shares was opened as of July 21, 2011, preferred shares – as of September 5, 2011. During circulation of common shares on KASE prices of transactions concluded in the shares varied from KZT968.10 to KZT973.98 per share.
