ATFBank (Kazakhstan) informed that Kazakhstan National Bank approved acquisition by LLP KazNitroGen of 99.75 % shares of the bank from UniCredit Bank Austria

/KASE, April 10, 13/ – ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the following press release of April 9, 2013: quotation Today, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced that at the last meeting of its Management Board, held on March 29, 2013, was approved acquisition of ATFBank by Limited Liability Partnership KazNitroGen (KNG). The deal closing is expected by the end of April 2013. As was previously announced, UniCredit Bank Austria signed an agreement of buying-selling shares with KNG to sell 99.75% in Kazakhstan ATFBank. "KNG" is the financial holding. "KNG" intends to become one of the key players on the market of financial services, and acquisition of ATFBank is the basis of this strategy. KNG is Kazakh-based company that intends to develop the bank and the banking services market, constributing into development of Kazakhstan economy. In the nearest time KNG will announce its strategic plans on ATFBank development, where it will specify measures on further strengthening of the bank position in all market segments.
