/KASE, April 2, 13/ – By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board
decision of April 1, 2013 the suspension of trading in bonds KZ2C0Y05E271
(KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb8;
KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 2012 – July 9, 2017, semi-annual coupon 7.00 %
APR; 30/360) of JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty) was extended.
The suspension of trading is in effect until the day following the day of
receipt by the Exchange of changes made to the issue prospectus of the
mentioned bonds and confirmation from JSC "Central Securities Depository" of
resuming the offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its
registration system.
