/KASE, April 1, 13/ – JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE that on March 28, 2013 the general meeting of holders of its bonds
KZ2С0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category,
ATFBb8) took a decision to approve of changes in issue terms of the mentioned
bonds.
