/KASE, April 1, 13/ – JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE that the special general meeting of ATFBank shareholders scheduled for
March 29, 2013 failed to take place due to the absence of quorum.
According to ATFBank's statement, in accordance with sub-item 2 item 2 of
article 45 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint-Stock Companies"
no repeated special general meeting of shareholders will be held".
