/KASE, March 18, 13/ – JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release of March 15, 2013: quote UniCredit Bank Austria has signed an agreement on sale-purchase of shares with LLP "KazNitrogenGas" ("KNG") on selling of 99.75% stake in Kazakhstan's ATFBank to the total amount equal to approximately 1.0x of the equity of ATFBank Group as on the date of closure* of the deal. The deal is subject to approval by regulating bodies, which is expected to be received in March 2013. "KNG" is a holding financial company. "KNG" intends to be a key player on the financial services market, and purchase of ATFBank is the basis of that strategy.
