/KASE, March 4, 13/ – JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on March 28, 2013 at 11:00 o'clock a general meeting of holders of bonds Z2С0Y05E271 (KZ2C00001808, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb8) will being, with the agenda as follows: - approval of the meeting agenda; - election of the meeting chairman; - approval of the bonds' issue terms. The said meeting will be held at 100b Furmanov str., Almaty. Participants' registration will be made from 10:00 to 10:45 o'clock. The list of holders of the said bonds entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of March 28, 2013.
