Kazkommertsbank (Kazakhstan) says administrative sanction was imposed on Insurance company Kazkommerts-Policy

/KASE, January 31, 13/ - JSC "Kazkommertsbank" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the Resolution on imposing an administrative sanction under the administrative offence case dated November 22, 2012 under part 11 of article 173 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Offences Code - incorrect reflecting in statements of information about the size of fees on insurance agreements, imposed an administrative fine on its affiliated person - JSC "Kazkommerts Policy".
