According to the Issue Rules, money invested in MEUJKAM is indexed through
calculation of an indexed coupon, received from a sum of fixed coupon determined
at the placement, and inflation rate for the elapsed coupon period.
As a price an order shall indicate the value of the bonds' "dirty" (including the
interest rate) in percentage of the face value, accurate within the fourth
decimal. This is the trade subject.
MEUJKAM are government bonds, placed among Kazakhstan's pension funds.
MEUJKAM shall circulate among such investors during the first half of circulation
term. Then the bonds shall circulate freely.
Trade participants should by the time indicated in the table provide money
available at the money account used for settlement on deals in securities in
accordance with the rules of Central Securities Depository (Almaty), in the amount
sufficient for payment of acquired treasury obligations (based on assumption that
all orders submitted by primary dealers and accepted by KASE are subject to
acceptance).
