/KASE, December 27, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of December 26, 2012 bonds KZP01Y03E421 (KZ2C00001923, KZT100, KZT6.2 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR, 30/360) of Almaty Power Stations (Almaty) have been admitted to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category. The Listing Commission decision effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trades in mentioned bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of mentioned bonds is the first within Almaty Power Stations first bond program, registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 13, 2012 to the total amount of KZT40.0 bn, and the first issue of the mentioned issuer "internal" bonds listed on KASE.
