Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that on December 28, 2012 in KASE trading
system will be held special trades to buy preferred shares KZ1P46310119
(KZ1P00000509, KASE official list second category, RGBRp) of RG Brands
(Almaty).
RESMI Finance and Investment House (Almaty) acts as an authorized buyer
ta trades.
At present, the total number of preferred shares of RG Brands is 1,200,000
units, offered - 789,500 units. The buyer intends to acquire up to 100 %
from the offered preferred shares.
The special trading session will be held in KASE trading system from 11:30
a.m. to 01:00 p.m. Almaty time (ALT). The security ticker at the trades -
RGBRp. The issuer shall define a cut-off till 03:00 p.m. ALT on the day of
trades.
Settlements shall be made by Central Securities Depository in compliance with
its rules. A buyer of securities must provide money available to pay for
securities bought on Central Securities Depository correspondent account as
at 03:00 p.m. ALT. Sellers must ensure availability of money at their accounts
maintained at Central Securities Depository by 03:00 p.m. ALT (ΠΆ+0).
Only limited orders submitted to the KASE trading system by the closed
method shall be accepted.
As the price an order will indicate the price per share, expressed accurate
within the second decimal. The number of financial instruments in an order
must be equal to the number of being sold shares. As the volume orders must
have the production of the number and price of being sold shares.
The method of acceptance of orders for purchase - at cut-off price.
Only KASE stock market members may submit application for participation in
the trades. Other investors can submit orders through those legal entities.
