/KASE, December 13, 12/ - JSC "Subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings
Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" (Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) stock market, provided today to KASE the following

Hereby JSC "Halyk Finance", the financial advisor and underwriter, and JSC
"BCC Invest", the underwriter for the 1st issue of bonds KZP01Y05E384 under
the first bond program of Eurasian Development Bank (the Issuer), announce a
presentation for prospective investors in relation to proposed offering of the
issuer's tenge bonds.
The presentation will be held on December 14 in Almaty at 11:00 o'clock
(Almaty time) in the building of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" at 109 "V" Abai
ave., 1st floor, block 10.
The presentation will be attended by representatives of the Issuer's top
management who are supposed to disclose to participants details of the Issuer,
its operations and plans.
