/KASE, December 5, 12/ - As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission decision of November 30, 2012, bonds KZP02Y03D959
(KZ2C00001899, KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; December 5, 12 - December 5, 15, semi-annual
coupon 7.00 % APR, 30/360) of Agricultural credit corporation (Astana) have been
admitted to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category.
This Listing Commission decision became effective from December 5, 2012 as
the issuer fulfilled terms of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
BCC Invest - Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) is the underwriter of
the mentioned bonds.
ASYL-INVEST (Almaty) is the representative of the mentioned bonds holders.
Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag (Almaty) is Agricultural credit
corporation registrar.
The mentioned bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) AGKKb3.
