/KASE, October 30,12 / - JSC "Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company" (Aktau, hereinafter - the Company),whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on November 26, 2012 at 15:00 o'clock a special general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin, with the agenda as follows: - appointing the chairman and secretary of the special general meeting of the Company's shareholders; - approving the agenda of the special general meeting of the Company's shareholders; - on early termination of the powers of counting board's members and election of new members of counting board, determination of their term of office; - choosing of audit company which is to carry out audit of the company for 2012 year.
