/KASE, October 12, 12/ - JSC "HOMEBROKER" (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2012. JSC "REESTR" (Almaty) is the company's registrar. According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C50820014) is equal to 630,000 units; - 325,310 shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 10,310 of its common shares; - the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more per cent from the total number of outstanding shares is LLP "HOMEFINANCE" (Almaty).
