Special general meeting of Shubarkol komir (Kazakhstan) shareholders scheduled for October 26, 2012

/KASE, September 25, 12/ - JSC "Shubarkol komir" (Karagandy, hereinafter - company), whose commons shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will start on October 26, 2012 at 14:00 o'clock. The sole issue on the said meeting's agenda is the issue of the voluntary delisting of the company's common shares. The mentioned meeting will be held at 18 Asphaltnaya str., Karagandy.
