/KASE, August 23, 12/ - JSC "REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT" (Almaty), the
managing company of the interval unit investment trust "FAVORIT" (in the
heading and hereinafter - IUIT "FAVORIT"), whose units are officially listed at
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of changes
made to the rules of IUIT "FAVORIT" and the certificate of state registration of
securities issue of August 15, 2012 replacing the one issued previously.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK)
has agreed to changes in the rules of IUIT "FAVORIT";
- the mentioned certificate has been replaced following the substitution of the
managing company of IUIT "FAVORIT";
- JSC "Brokerage house "JAZZ CAPITAL" has replaced JSC "REAL ASSET
MANAGEMENT" as the managing company of IUIT "FAVORIT";
- national identification number of units has been changed from
KZPFN0045018 to KZPFN0058011;
- issue of units has been entered in the State registry of serial securities under
No. 58/01.
