/KASE, August 3, 12/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that today
at 02.30 p.m. the special trading session for offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05E271
(KZ2C00001808, KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb8;
KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; July 9, 12 - July 9, 17; semi-annual coupon 7.00 %
APR; 30/360) of ATFBank (Almaty) will open in KASE trading system.
VISOR Capital (Almaty) will act as the seller at the special trading session.
The declared volume of offering is equal to 473,891 bonds KZ2C0Y05E271
(6.8 % from the total number of registered shares).
The price ("net") of additionally offered bonds - 94.0864 % (8,5 % APR to
maturity for a buyer).
The special trading session will be held in KASE trading system from 02:30
p.m. to 04:00 p.m. Almaty time (ALT). The security ticker at the trades -
ATFBb8. The issuer shall define a cut-off till 05:00 p.m. ALT on the current
day.
Settlements shall be made by Central Securities Depository in compliance
with its rules. A buyer of securities must provide money available to pay
for securities bought on Central Securities Depository correspondent account
at 05:00 p.m. ALT (ΠΆ+0).
Only market orders submitted to the KASE trading system by the closed
method shall be accepted.
We remind that in compliance with item 12 of Article 10 of Regulations
on Trading Methods, when accepting the purchasing orders the preference
will be given to those submitted earlier according to the time of their
acceptance by KASE.
The number of financial instruments in an order must be equal to the number
of bonds in units. The volume of deal is calculated in compliance with Article
14 of Chapter 3 of Methodology of Bonds Yield and Amount of Deals in Bonds

Only KASE stock market members may submit application for participation in
the trades. Other investors can submit orders through those legal entities.
