Common shares KZ1C33660016 (KZ000A1CTMY7, PDES) of Pavlodar Regional Electric Distribution Company (Kazakhstan) removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative from August 1, 2012

/KASE, July 31, 12/ - by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from August 1, 2012 common shares KZ1C33660016 (KZ000A1CTMY7, PDES) of Pavlodar Regional Electric Distribution Company (Pavlodar, hereinafter - the company) are removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative. According to the KASE conclusion of July 17, 2012, on July 15, 2012 KASE received from the following documents of the company: - the application of June 12, 2012 with the request on voluntary delisting of mentioned shares; - the extract from mentioned shares holders registers, according to which as of April 24, 2012, the company shareholders were four individuals and one legal entity, which as of the mentioned date owned 99.99 % from the total number of offered common shares of the company; - the copy of minutes of the company shareholders special general meeting of May 28, 2012, where was made the decision of voluntary delisting of mentioned shares. According to the minutes out of five holders of the company shares one shareholder voted for removed of the shares from KASE official list, the minority shareholders also participated in the meeting. Based on the aforementioned and in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" mentioned shares have been de-listed. The mentioned shares have been admitted to KASE official list "A" category from December 23, 2005, from October 12, 2007 were transferred to KASE official list "B" category, and from September 10, 2008 - to KASE official list third category. Trades in shares opened from December 23, 2005. During the shares circulation on KASE prices of deal made by open trades methods varied from KZT655.00 to KZT14,325.00 per share. [2012-07-31]
