Registrator Zerde (Almaty) is the bank registrar. According to the extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C35970017, KZ000A0ETF32) is 47,000,000 units; - 43,419,727 shares are offered; - the bank bought back its 29,190 shares; - the sole person, holding the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is UniCredit Bank Austria AG (Austria, Vienna), which owns 43,277,393 shares (99.67 % from the total number of offered shares).
