/KASE, July 12, 12/ - As was previously informed, based on a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of July 3, 2012,
bonds KZP01Y07D887 (KZ2C00001766; KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; July 16, 2012 -
July 9, 2019, semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) of JSC "AsiaCredit
Bank" (Almaty) were included into KASE official list as Rated Debt Securities.
This decision of the Listing Commission became effective from July 12, 2012
due to the mentioned issuer's having fulfilled conditions of item 1 article 18 of
KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
The underwriter for the mentioned bonds of JSC "AsiaCredit Bank" is JSC
"Managing Company "Asia Capital" (Almaty).
The registrar of JSC "AsiaCredit Bank" is JSC "Tsentr DAR" (Almaty).
The mentioned bonds have been assigned abbreviation (trading code) LARIb2.
