/KASE, July 4, 12/ - As previously informed, by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission decision of July 3, 2012 the following bonds of
AIC-Invest Corporation (Astana) have been admitted to KASE official list
Rated Debt Securities category:
- KZP04Y05D984 (KZ2P00001787; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi-
annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360);
- KZP05Y05D981 (KZ2P00001795; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years; semi-
annual coupon 10.00 % APR; 30/360).
This Listing Commission decision became effective from July 4, 2012 as
the issuer fulfilled terms of sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
